HMRC and platform reporting

Actiiv provides software that you use to run your own business with your own clients. We do not find clients for you, so we do not currently report your earnings to HMRC under the reporting rules for digital platforms.

If the law or our service changes so that we must, we will ask you for the details HMRC requires and tell you before we report anything.

You remain responsible for declaring your own income.
